How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
- Choose BootyMaxx and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date so you aren't charged again. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all App Store payments, so we can't issue refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in, find BootyMaxx and choose "Request a refund".
I paid but Pro isn't unlocked / I got a new phone
Open BootyMaxx, go to the paywall or Profile → Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn't work, send us a message below.
Why was my scan photo rejected?
To keep scores comparable, BootyMaxx rejects photos that are blurry, too dark, badly framed or at the wrong angle, and tells you why. For the best results:
- Stand 6–8 ft (2–2.5 m) from the camera, with your full lower body in the guide.
- Use bright, even light from the front. Avoid strong backlight.
- Wear fitted athletic wear such as leggings or shorts, and use a plain background.
- Use the same spot, lighting and outfit every scan to track progress accurately.
Are my photos private?
Your scan photos are saved only on your iPhone. When you run a scan, they're sent over an encrypted connection to an AI provider to create your report. We don't store them on our servers or use them for ads. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a single scan from its report, or erase everything in Profile → Settings → Reset all data. Deleting the app also removes all local data. BootyMaxx has no account, so there's nothing else stored for you on our servers.
What are guest scan packs?
Guest scan packs are one-time purchases that give you a few scans without a subscription. Each scan uses one credit. Credits are stored on your device and aren't restored if you delete the app or reset its data.
Is my Booty Score medical advice?
No. Booty Scores are AI visual estimates to help you track your training. They aren't medical measurements or diagnoses. Talk to a professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.
